This morning I was able to perticiapate in a 5K run in honor of a little girl that passed away in our neigborhood last October. She was only 18 months old and the sister of one of Jessica's friends. It has been very hard thing to understand and deal with. Before we started we let balloons go in her honor. My kids did the run with me and it was nice to be able to go and support this family on a day that is sure to be difficult.
